Founded in 1952, the Denbighshire Golfing Union is a voluntary group which brings together all of the 9 clubs within the County for an exchange of information, views, cross-marketing and cooperation which benefits the gentlemen membership aged over 18 years.

It manages the annual inter-club leagues, the well-known Jubilee Plate knockout and supports its County scratch teams at both general and senior level. Despite not being paid members of The Union, it has a long and successful record on providing support and training to Junior players from all clubs aged under 18 years. 

It also promotes inter-club activity by holding 3 annual competitive golfing days (Spring and Autumn meetings and the County Captains Day) spread across the County and which helps to cement friendships created through the playing of our sport.

Events and results will be added as the seasons progress. It is designed to be beneficial to all members of the County affiliated Clubs, Club administrators and visitors.
